The space also has the following available to offer your clients/participants:
Outdoor seating area for breaks
Coffee & tea (including decaf)
Two bathrooms

90 minutes — 45.-
2.5 hours – – – 70.-
4 hours – – – 120.-
Full-day (8 am–5 pm) – – – 250.-
Please note that times are made to include setup and take down/clean up. Thus the 90-minute booking is intended for you to run a 60-minute class.
Additional Information:
You are in charge of booking clients/participants and taking their payment; this does not run through my website. However, we will gladly add your event to our public calendar and link to your website/booking platform. In this way you can increase your event’s visibility. (We reserve the right to withhold your event from our public calendar for any reason, however we are generally very happy to support course offerings that are of interest to our audience.)
If you offer a free or donation-based class/group for pregnant/new moms, please get in touch about adjusted rental prices.

Generous consultation/office room to rent
If you work with pregnant or new moms and are looking for a place to work and have consultations on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, please get in touch.
Space offers a cozy living room-like setting with comfortable seating for your clients. Small groups of up to 7 people can be accommodated as well.
Rent includes your picture and info listed on the website.
450.-/month for one day/week.
