Welcome to my online childbirth education class! I am Christine Bliven, a certified childbirth educator, doula, and babywearing consultant based in Zurich, Switzerland.

This is a completely online, go-at-your-own-pace course that is perfect for busy expectant parents like you to help you feel prepared and confident for the birth of your child and beyond.

The course includes 23 pages of handouts to download and over 3.5 hours of videos covering a range of topics, including pregnancy, anatomy, signs that labor is coming, phases and stages of labor, comfort techniques, pain management options, birth plans, decision making, interventions, doulas, postpartum mental health, relationships postpartum, breastfeeding, and babywearing.
