Be prepared for emergencies
This 6-hour First-Aid & CPR on Babies and Young Children class covers first aid, unconsciousness, CPR, choking, seizures, burns, fever, cough, colds and ear infections.
This is an English-language course taught by Lui Holzleg from Healthy and Safe, a medical doctor who understands the science behind what she teaches and can also give you evidence-based home remedies.
Babies are welcome, but note that the class cannot stop if you need to take your child out for whatever reason. Babies under crawling age are ideal.
Please bring a packed lunch. A fridge and microwave are available.
Pricing: CHF 170.- per adult for the standard 6-hour course. Occasionally offered are a condensed 4-hour course (“Live Saving Skills on Small Children”) for CHF 130, as well as an extended 8-hour course for professionals—nannies, doulas, midwives, teachers, etc—for CHF 190.
