Each cute, child-sized drawstring backpack which can be personalized with your child’s name contains the following:

• Waldorf-style doll (each one is unique, please choose which one you would like)
• Cookie mix
• Emotion doll & pen
• Doll diaper with velcro closure
• Two matching hand-warmers
• Craft kit

Included is a brochure for the parents that has tips about adding a new baby to the family. Each item for the child has a corresponding tip for the parent, from dealing with difficult emotions to spending quality time together and encouraging imitation. Your child will be delighted to get special gifts just for them, and parents will be grateful for some practical tips on how to make the transition a bit smoother.

Each item is handmade in Switzerland by a woman-run small business. 

Suggested Use: You or someone you know is expecting another baby and you want to give something special to the older child. I’ve put together a bag with gifts for the older child that correspond with helpful tips for the parents. I suggest the parents read through the ideas and give their child the items when it is most useful, rather than presenting the whole bag at once.
