Hey there Mama! 

By working with pregnant and new moms and being a mom (x3!) myself, I’ve seen how much support and encouragement we really need during this amazing and exhausting time. Not only that, but getting bite-sized, evidence-based information that will help us make decisions about our pregnancy, birth and beyond. I’m constantly thinking of ways that this kind of information and support can be given to pregnant and new moms. So here it is…

…a subscription box that will accompany you through pregnancy with bits of information, tips from experts, and some practical (and adorable) things to make life with a baby just a little bit easier. There are self-care items in each box to remind you to take a few minutes for yourself to relax and put your feet up. With every box you’ll find surprises that will help you get excited and prepared for your baby, feel informed and supported, and encourage you to reflect and relax.

The boxes are set up by trimesters, so you’ll get 3 boxes throughout your pregnancy (depending on when you start). But don’t worry, I won’t abandon you there! Once your baby is born it’ll transition into postpartum/parenting boxes that will continue to arrive every 3 months, supporting you through all those exciting baby milestones.
