This pregnancy pouch contains seven tips or pieces of advice for soon-to-be moms, compiled by a certified doula and childbirth educator. The advice covers topics like bonding with baby, nutrition during pregnancy, scents in labor, visualization techniques and more. Each tip is accompanied by an item that represents that tip. The card about bonding with your baby during pregnancy includes a bottle of sweet almond oil, the tip about nutrition in pregnancy come with a reusable fruit/vegetable bag to use at the grocery store, and the advice about using visualization during birth is attached to a gorgeous ocean resin keychain. The pouch itself is a zipper pouch that stays open thanks to sewn-in wires, allowing you to easily see the contents. Each zipper pouch is unique and handmade in Switzerland.  Everything in the basket is made by women-run small businesses in Switzerland.

My hope for these pouches is that they will inform and encourage moms-to-be on their journey through pregnancy and birth. I have spent a lot of time and energy making sure that the tips are short and easy to process and that the items that go with it are pretty and practical.

They make an excellent, unique gift for a mom-to-be.
